This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics. If you send the contact form, your message reaches us by email.
Who is responsible
The controller for this website is the company named in the imprint. You can reach us through the contact form or the address given there.
Visiting the website
The pages are served by Cloudflare. To deliver them, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and the address of the page you request. The pages load no fonts, scripts or images from any other service.
If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
The contact form
When you send the form, we receive:
- your name and email address,
- your studio or company, its size, and your country,
- your message, and whether you want a demo, a licence or have a question,
- your consent to this processing.
Your IP address is used briefly to limit how many messages one network can send per minute. It is not added to your message.
The form is delivered to us as an email through Resend, an email delivery service that processes it on our behalf. Resend may process the data in the United States, on the basis of the safeguards in its data processing agreement.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your details only to answer your enquiry and, if you want a licence, to prepare the contract. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry as long as we need it to answer you. If a contract follows, we keep the correspondence for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
