Where is our data stored?
In your own Cloudflare account. Databases and files can be created in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction. Sensitive personal data sits apart in the Vault.
What does it cost to run?
Your Cloudflare plan: free to start, $5 a month on Workers Paid. Email and backups have free tiers. Nothing recurring from us.
Are updates included?
No. You get SAM as delivered, with the full source code. Changes are yours to make, or ours at €90 per hour.
Can we change SAM to fit our studio?
Yes. The code comes with guides, tests and a sandbox of invented data, so a developer or an AI coding agent such as Claude Code can change it safely.
What does SAM not do?
No finance or payroll, no mobile app, no public API, English only. All limits
